Tips for training for your charity run in London

Take your headphones out! Enjoy the sounds of the city but also know you are safer without them, especially when it comes to hearing traffic.

Stay hydrated and plan where you can refill your water bottle

Night running should be partnered with high visibility clothing and night lights for darker areas

Run in a group if you are running after dark
